Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, the project will be deemed confirmed, and work initiation processes may begin.

3.2. Refund Policy

No refund shall be processed after 24 hours from the time of payment, regardless of project status.

Refunds (if applicable) within 24 hours are subject to review and may take 7–10 business days to process through the original payment method.

Taxes and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

3.3. Service Non-Delivery

In rare cases of complete service non-delivery due to GrowIndia.ai’s internal issues, clients may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit upon management review.
